ICES welcomed international exchange students for the Fall semester 2026 on August 27th and 28th.
Students from all around the world

First step on local campus and in the city
After visiting the ICES campus, the international students had the opportunity to get to know each other through various social events, such as a Welcome Breakfast featuring chouquettes, and a macaron-making workshop at L’Atelier Gourmand in the city center (see picture below).
They met their Buddies, ICES students who will guide them through the practical aspects of daily life in France. This initiative is run by the Globo association(opens in new tab), whose role is to welcome and support international students and facilitate their integration with local students, through the organization of events (raclette party, karaoke sessions, ICES International Week, etc.). The Buddies accompanied the international students to the bank to help them open a French bank account.
Mrs. Aurélie PASQUIER, International Relations Officer, presented students with all the administrative information they needed for their stay.
Mr. Cyril PASQUIER, Student Life Coordinator, presented the vibrant range of activities available on the campus, highlighting in particular the fifty or so student associations offering cultural, sports, humanitarian, and artistic activities.
Finally, the international students met with their academic advisor, Mrs. Magali PAPIN, who helped them choose their courses and be placed in level-based groups for learning French as a Foreign Language (FFL).
