ICES Research Center (CRICES)
The ICES Research Centre (CRICES) offers a working environment conducive to experimentation and the development of new paradigms. It makes the development of pluridisciplinarity a priority axis of its policy which allows its members to carry out stimulating research activities by crossing the diversity of scientific expertise.
The research that is developed is therefore, in general, the result of an intense and permanent dialogue between disciplines, the aim being to mix approaches in order to bring together intellectuals and researchers, who will necessarily enrich each other and instruct the students. The latter are closely involved in the dissemination of research, both through the transmission of know-how and knowledge.
Three themes structure the research conducted at ICES:
- "Societies, crises and revolutions";
- "Norms, ethics and transgression";
- "Words, languages and sciences".
The CRICES is also concerned with opening up to other research centres, whether through its projects, programmes or research practices.
