Escale Ouest Residences

These are residences for students and young workers that offer:

Single rooms : independent bathroom and refrigerator in each room

A common kitchen on each floor of the residence that is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm

A fully equipped kitchen open Monday to Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Video monitoring in the residence and night watchman

Here are the different fees:

Monthly rent: 326€ (charges included)
Deposit: 1 month's rent
Application fee: 49,50€
Service charges: 29€/month (Wifi, access to laundry, gym, kitchen)

Host family

If you wish to experience living and would like to get immersed with a French family, the International Office at ICES may help you get in touch with one of our host families.

The rent is set by the host family and may vary depending on the type of accommodation offered (full board, half board…). Don’t hesitate to contact us!
